In this workshop, we'll be exploring the scalable and efficient deployment of microservices with Red Hat OpenShift. Use the
Step 0: Get your IBM Cloud Account
First, we'll create an IBM Cloud account for you. This will allow us to assign you a Red Hat OpenShift cluster.
Step 1: Get your Red Hat OpenShift Cluster
If you're taking this workshop as part of one of our interactive webinars, you'll be assigned a Red Hat OpenShift cluster that you'll have exclusive use of.
Step 2: Configure Prerequisites
We will configure your local system to use the Red Hat OpenShift CLI, and make sure that it has access to the cluster in your IBM Cloud account
Step 3: Run a Microservice Locally
First, we'll test our microservice locally.
Step 4: Deploy to Red Hat OpenShift
Next, we'll deploy the microservice onto our Red Hat OpenShift cluster using the tools we've installed.
